Shipping Policy

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances like unavailability of product or services. We will do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers and any deviation will be informed to the customer individually.

Once an order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order. We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.

Is your order eligible for free shipping?

We will try to ship all orders above INR 999 for free. But the same will depend on the weight of the product and distance of the address. The products are unique and handmade, delicate products. Hence we use the best of the couriers available so that there is almost nil chance of damage.

In case of any additional courier charges if levied after order is placed, we will personally inform the customer before shipping. If the customer is unable to pay the additional charges, the refund can be processed as an exception. But final decision will be dealt individually by the management of Pick Your Craft owning the website www.pickyourcraft.com and will be solely responsible for such a full and final decision.

What if you are unavailable when we deliver the product?

Our delivery partners will try thrice on the address provided. They will not be able to deliver at a different address than what given to us. If still undelivered, the product will come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

What about Cash on Delivery? Cash on Delivery is currently available at select locations.

Return and Replacement of Ceramic Products

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

·         If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.

·         If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. As each piece is handmade and not manufactured in machine, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at pckyurcaft@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at pckyurcaft@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 24 hrs of the delivery.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.

If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
